Shipping Information

Order Processing:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended.

Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery by the next business day. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) to qualify for overnight delivery.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please check the options available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your order under the following conditions:

Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@scentellium.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.

  1. Ship Your Return: Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include your RAN in the package.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
